During the moderation process, Joom team evaluates product’s name, images, description, variations and other data individually and makes sure all of the data corresponds to Joom rules.
If any part of the product does not correspond with Joom rules, the product gets rejected with a relevant reason.

Your Product Was Rejected as an Abusive Content?
Abusive content is absolutely restricted on Joom, you can find more information about it in here. See the most common issues here. We suggest you make some improvements to your product content and it will be moderated again.
Your Product Was Rejected Because of Brand Name Usage?
If you do not have brand intellectual property rights, the platform does not allow the use of brand names; if you have brand intellectual property rights, please verify the intellectual property rights on the platform ASAP. Your Product Was Rejected Because of Copyright Permission Needed?
Joom respects and protects the third parties' intellectual property rights. So, if your product or any part of the content provided seems like it may infringe the third party intellectual property rights, your product will be rejected with this reason. "What is a Copyright Infringement?"
Your Product Was Rejected as a Counterfeit?
Your product may be rejected with this reason due to selling branded product without permission from IP owner or disguising fake products as branded. Joom strictly prohibits selling counterfeit products on Joom. Please verify your brand (IP) right to sell the branded products on Joom. "How to verify IP rights in Joom?"
Your Product Was Rejected Because of Design Copyright?
The design or external appearance is the subject of IP copyright. Your product may. be rejected due to partly or fully coping of the famous branded products design. "What is a Copyright Infringement?"
Your Product Was Rejected as a Duplicate?
It means that you or someone from your team has already uploaded the same product into one of your account's stores. Please note, Joom platform does not allow merchants to upload duplicated products into the platform, even into different stores within one account. All duplicated products are being rejected during moderation.
An SKU number (and an ID number) of the second product can be found under the rejection status so that you are able to check it and see if it really is a duplicate.
Your Product Was Rejected as an Inconsistent Product?
Please ensure that the product name, product image and product description are consistent, otherwise it will be rejected by the platform as different products.
Your Product Was Rejected Because of Patent Required?
If you do not have patent intellectual property rights, the platform does not allow the sale of non-patent products; if you have patent intellectual property rights, please verify the intellectual property rights on the platform ASAP. Product name is quite important, by just a glance at a name a customer should get a clear understanding of a product she or he is buying. So, make sure your product meets the Product Name Requirements. See the most common issues here.

Description is a tricky one, to make sure a customer gets all the information about a product and has nothing to complain about getting an actual product into his hands, please modify your product to meet the requirements. See the most common issues here.

This is a very important issue, cause if you have problems with product variations, you may find customers being unable to buy your product at all. So please, be careful about this, make sure you understand the Requirements for Products' Variations.
Your Product Was Rejected Because of the Problems with Size Table?
Some products, like clothing, bags and shoes are required to have some size information in the description. If you did not provide such information, or it was not correct or full enough, your product might get rejected. Please refer to Requirements for Size Information to know more.
Your Product Was Rejected Because It Prohibited on Joom?
Selling some products is considered illegal in different countries or require a special permission, so there some restrictions about a list of products you can actually sell on Joom. Find more information here and here.
Your Product Was Rejected Because of Quality Considered Too Bad?
Oh no, nothing to do about it. Too many customers complained about the quality of your product and provided relevant photo or video materials, showing the problem really exists. We hope you understand, that Joom wants our customers to be happy about their purchases and never feel disappointed. So, we choose not to show bad quality products or products with rating lower than 3.3 to customers.
Your Product Was Rejected Because of Product Limit Reached?
Each store can upload up to 1000 active products. If products are over-uploaded, the products will be rejected. Please upload them to other stores or contact customer service to increase the limit of products in the store.
Your Product Was Rejected Because It Violates Intellectual Rights or Copyrights?
This is a serious one! The third party complained and provided proof materials, that your product infringes intellectual property rights, so we removed your product from the platform for good and you as a merchant will be imposed a punishment. Your Product Was Rejected Because of Other Reason?
There are some General requirements all products should meet. If the reason your product was rejected is not any one of the above, a moderator can point another reason, an explanation of this reason will be provided in the Review note below the Review infraction information.
