Tracking Information
Merchants are required to provide tracking numbers for all orders.
Any tracking number provided needs to be trackable, so a customer can track the shipping online.
If a merchant provides a false information about the used shipping method by mistake or on purpose, this is considered as a platform rule violation and a merchant may be subjected to an additional penalty. Please refer to the article Platform Rule Violation and Penalty for more details.
Tracking Requirements
Order price < $5 |
Economy shipping, an order must be trackable at least in the country of origin. |
Order price ≥ $5 |
Registered shipping, while tracking the delivery confirmation status must be shown (Simplified and Standard Shipping). |
Tracking Depth
The tracking depth is determined by the order tracking status and is divided into six types.

The first track record of the parcel at the border or territory of the target country: "The parcel has arrived at the Russian border" / "The parcel has passed the Russian customs" |
Destination Country |
The parcel has at least two tracking records in the destination country: "The parcel has arrived at the Russian border" + "The parcel has arrived in Moscow" |
Issue Point |
The parcel has reached the pick-up point corresponding to the customer address. |
Delivered |
The customer has signed the parcel at the post office or at the collection point. |
You can check the tracking depth on the order page:
- Go to the Orders page in your Joom account;
- Using order filters choose a shipped order and open the order page;
3. Scroll down to the Tracking Trace.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE:
- Tracking information displayed on the order page is provided by Joom. If the tracking number can be found on other logistics websites, but the corresponding track is not displayed on the order page, Joom system wouldn't receive the tracking information;
- If the tracking numbers filled out by the merchant do not match the selected carrier, Joom system will not be able to successfully obtain tracking information;
- Orders will only be counted as actually shipped after the first record with a tracking depth of Shipping country.
