To make the store more attractive to customers, we encourage merchants to design their own store avatars. Store avatars are displayed on a product's page, on the main page of the store, and in the personalized user section "Favorites".

Good store avatars greatly affect the impression and trust of users, especially in Europe, our key market.

💡Joom tip: use a logo design platform (for example, this one) to create a nice and appealing avatar for your store.

How to Add a Store Avatar?

1. Go to the Stores page in your Joom account;
2. Choose a store you want to edit, you can use filters to select a specific store;

3. Click Edit Store button;
4. Upload a store avatar (and background, if needed);
5. Click Save button.
