Fulfilled by Joom
Fulfilled by Joom (FBJ) is a logistic service Joom provides for our merchants. With FBJ, merchants can fasten the shipping greatly.
The main use of FBJ is to stock your best-selling products in the FBJ warehouse in advance. This way, it will take a few hours for approved orders to get shipped.
FBJ temporarily does not accept packages. It is not available for all merchants yet. You can discuss the possibility of using it with your KAM. |
What Products to Fulfill with FBJ?
Since warehouse space is limited, only focus products can use FBJ. Before requesting FBJ, please ensure that the product you're shipping is focus.
How to Ship Products with FBJ?
There are specific packaging and shipping requirements for FBJ products. Please complete all the steps below to ensure successful shipping.
Step 1: Pack a product
- Use a separate package for each product. Keep in mind the general packaging requirements;
- Get a FBJ barcode for this product in the Merchant Panel. To do that, please:
- Go to the Product page and click the product you wish to ship;
- Click Get FBJ barcode button in the right upper corner, and select the SKU of the exact product variant you ship;
- Once you click Get, a PDF file with the specific product variant FBJ barcode will download automatically;
- Go to the Product page and click the product you wish to ship;
- Print the barcode and attach a FBJ barcode to the product package.
👉You can also get barcodes for different variants in bulk:
- Go to the Product page, click Manage Products → Get FBJ Barcodes in the right upper corner;
- Download the CSV template, and fill out the product variants you want to ship. Both product and variant SKUs needed (max. 100 variants per file);
- Upload the completed CSV file. Click Get FBJ Barcodes button to download the barcodes;
- If your file contains some errors, you'll see a red button Download Errors. Click the button, and download a CSV file with listed errors. Fix all the errors and upload the file again;
- Once your CSV file contains no mistakes, you can download the barcodes;
- Print the barcodes and attach one barcode to each one product variant.
Step 2: Sort out and pack products in boxes
Sort out the products by variation and place them in boxes. One box can contain products of one variant only. Still, products of one variant can be stored in several boxes.
For example, a merchant wishes to use FBJ to ship their best-selling T-shirts. The T-shirts come in different colors (blue, gray) and sizes (S, M). While packing the products in boxes, they will place different product variants separately: blue T-shirts of S size in one box, blue T-shirts of M size in other box, gray T-shirts of S size in the third box, etc.
Step 3: Create a FBJ request in the Merchant Panel
- Create a request for FBJ service. Go to FBJ Requests → Create Request;
- Download the CSV template;
- Fill out the information about the boxes you plan to ship (max. 100 boxes per file) and their content:
- Custom box number;
- Product SKU;
- Variant SKU;
- Items quantity;
- Box weight in kg;
- Box measurements in cm (cm x cm x cm).
- Upload the completed CSV file. Click Create Request button to add products;
- If your file contains some errors, you'll see a red button Download Errors. Click the button, and download a CSV file with listed errors. Fix all the errors and upload the file again;
- Once your CSV file contains no mistakes, your request will be created.
On the request page, you can check:
- Request details: request ID, date of creation and number of boxes;
- Product list - list of the products packed in the boxes and information about them;
- Next steps - the following actions you need to proceed to ship the products successfully;
On this page, you can also download the product barcodes if you haven't done it yet (refer to step 1).

Products Are in FBJ Warehouse, What's Next?
When the products are received at Hecny’s warehouse, no further actions are required from the merchant. Within one business day after your products get accepted by Hecny, your product stocks in the Merchant Panel will update automatically.
Once a customer orders a product variant that is in stock in FBJ warehouse, the whole shipping process will be done either automatically or by Hecny.
All FBJ storage costs are covered by Joom. The costs are included into product price.
For How Long Products Stay in the Warehouse?
The storage period is agreed by the merchant and their KAM. If the products were not sold within the agreed period, Joom can return the products to the merchant.
Who covers the return expenses depends on who decided to place these products in the FBJ warehouse. If it was Joom decision, Joom covers the expenses; if it was the merchant's decision, they cover the costs.
