Joom Marketplace Solutions
Joom Marketplace Solutions (JMS) is a service that helps merchants grow their business to new platforms, and takes care of all operational work on them. This way, you can open up new sales channels with less effort, and manage your orders right in the Joom Merchant Panel.
JMS service is not available for all merchants. If you wish to use JMS, please submit a request via jms@joom.com. If your product assortment meets the requirements, we'll contact you shortly. |
Why to Use JMS?
JMS allows merchants to join and easily operate on other e-commerce platforms without additional integrations. You don’t need to spend time learning how to use platform websites, their rules, or logistics – JMS is doing that for you. Our current partners include Fruugo, ZoodMall, and we’re expanding to more marketplaces in Europe, Asia, and Africa.
JMS takes care of:
- finding the best platforms for your products;
- selecting the best product fit for the platforms;
- creating accounts;
- logistics;
- launching new sales channels.
All the merchant needs to do is to provide JMS with high-quality products that meet the platforms' requirements. Be ready to manage your orders in the Joom Merchant Panel as usual.
What Are the JMS Product Requirements?
JMS product requirements depend on partners' requirements, and might differ from Joom marketplace. We hope for your assistance on this matter.
The general requirements include:
- Unambiguous product image on a white background, without inscriptions, logos, or brands;
- No images with black background;
- There should be no religious signs on the images;
- Explicit product color. “As a picture” color cannot be used;
- GTIN for each product variant;
- EPR registration number, if you wish to sell products in Germany or France.
How to Fulfill the JMS Orders?
JMS orders appear on the Orders page along with Joom orders. You see them with the JMS prefix in the order ID, for example, JMS-5JKLK.
You can ship JMS orders with Joom Logistics only. Your orders have 4 business days to get Fulfilled online status, and 2 more days to get Shipped status. If you fail to do so, they will cancel automatically.
Kindly note that no tracking information is available for JMS orders in the Merchant Panel. You can use the Joom Logistics website to track packages.
How to Get Payouts From JMS?
Your JMS orders use the same merchant price you indicated on Joom. This is the exact amount you’ll receive as a payout. The user will see the price based on the following formula:
Final Price = Merchant Price + Logistics Price + JMS Commission + Partner Marketplace Commission
Payouts from JMS will occur synchronously with Joom payouts. You will see the JMS orders in the separate JMS invoices.
