The Product Diagnostics feature indicates whether your product is available for purchase or not. If not, Product Diagnostics message will show what kind of problems occurred.
How to Find Out What Products Have Diagnostics?
- Open the Products page in your Joom account - there are product filters above the product list;
- Click on the Add Filter button;
- Choose Diagnostics;
- Select one or several diagnostics to see the corresponding products.
When you open a product page, you will see the Product Diagnostics message at the top of the page. One product can have multiple diagnostics.
What Do Product Diagnostics Mean?
There are critical problems with the product: the product is currently unavailable for purchase. In order to sell the product again, please resolve the problem(s).
There might be some problems with the product: the product information is incomplete or with mistakes. Despite the product being available for purchase, Joom encourages you to provide correct information.
The product is going through the moderation process. As soon as the moderation is completed, customers will be able to buy the product.
