The Product Diagnostics message will appear at the top of the product page.
The Product Diagnostics feature informs merchants about problems in the products, reasons that they are off the shelves, and their risks of being removed from the shelves for a period of time.
Product Diagnostics communicates information about the status of a product, using three (3) signs:
A red warning sign means there are critical problems with the product. If a product has such problems, it will be removed or disabled by the system automatically. Merchants will be able to continue its sale only after the problem has been remedied.
A yellow warning sign means there are potential problems with the product. If a product has such problems, they will not affect the sale of the product immediately. However, this sign indicates that either the product has insufficient information, stricter requirements apply, or problems exist elsewhere. Where a new requirement is imposed, Joom will notify the merchant in advance. Nonetheless, the product will be removed from the platform, if the merchant fails to provide sufficient information, meet the new requirements, or implement the required changes.
A gray flag means the product is currently not for sale yet, as it is awaiting to be processed by the Joom platform. Once moderation is completed and no problems are found, the product will be placed on the shelf. However, if there are serious problems with the product, it will enter the processing stage only after the merchant remedies the problems.
