If customers navigate to the tab "Guess the Price," they’ll be shown a randomly chosen photo of a product and given a chance to guess its approximate price.
Customers can each guess three (3) times in a given day. Once all their tries have been used up that day, customers will have to wait another 24 hours to play again. Alternatively, if customers guess correctly, then those lucky winners will be shown a collection of products with discounts for a period of 24 hours.
During that time, winners will be able to open the tab to check out and buy the discounted products. But once time is up, they’ll no longer be available to the winners, and the "Guess the Price" tab will change back to the landing page.
The discounted product “prizes” are selected individually for each customer thanks to personalization. Products can be selected from stores that customers mark as their favorites, or they may even be the products that customers add to their carts.
How to Participate in the Promo
Participation in "Guess the Price" is easy. All merchants have to do is take part in the "Limited Time Offer" (LTO), as the promo game is a subtype of the LTO promotion. Joom’s platform operates in such a way that merchants that participate in LTO are by default participants of "Guess the Price."
