Theft of images means the unauthorized use of images belonging to a third party, i.e. using the images of another as one’s own without permission from their owner.

You may send a complaint to ipr@joom.com if you discover infringement of your rights to images.

Please note, only the image owner/authorized user or their authorized representative may file a report of infringement. If you believe some items on Joom are infringing the rights of others, you may want to let the rights owner/authorized user or their authorized representative know.

Content required to include in the report

• A short explanation of the infringement;
• A link to the product image being stolen;
• A link to the product with your stolen image;
• The original image (RAW format pictures, etc.) and other supportive evidence (for example: continuous files during image creation, namely, background photos, serial photos, etc.; evidence of the image’s first publication; time authentication of the first publication of the image, like time watermark, etc.);
• Information reasonably sufficient to allow Joom to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. 

Within 10 working days after receiving the report, Joom will carefully examine the product information provided by the complainant and the accused party for similarities and determine whether the product image of the complainant has been infringed. If the theft of image behaviour has been confirmed, Joom will ban the infringing products.
