What is Joom Logistics?
Joom Logistics (JL) is a cross-boarding logistics service provided by Joom, which aims at fast and standardised shipping procedure for merchants who conduct their business in Joom and other platforms. Our service is currently available for orders to over 40 countries.
How do Joom Logistics work?
Joom Logistics collaborate with different shippers, which will be taking care of your parcels on different stages - the picking-up, the shipping, and handing them to your customers. Joom Logistics itself doesn't ship your orders or own any warehouses, but only coordinates with other logistics companies that are specialised in handling the shipping process.
The official partner of JL in China (Mainland and Hong Kong) is Hecny Group, from which the journey of your parcels begins.
I’m in! Then what should I do?
When an order is created and ought to be fulfilled via online shipping, our system will choose a shipper automatically depending on your destination and issue the label and tracking number accordingly. The only work from the merchant's side is to get in touch with Hecny for the pick-up details.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: your orders may get consolidated, if a costumer has placed multiple items in the cart and paid them as for one single order. In this case, Joom will place all the products into one parcel in the sorting center for the benefits of both Joom and the costumer. This is to say, the product that you hand to Joom may reach to the costumer's hands together with other items, but in this process your order will always stay tact and packed.
some directions require fulfilling only via JL. For more information about the canal please refer to the articles:

Here are some tips and requirements that you might need before the shipping:
1. Shipping costs
The shipping cost depends on the delivery destination, actual weight and dimensions of a parcel and “dangerous kind” attribute of a product. For more information about the shipping price, please refer to the article Joom Shipping Fee.
⚠️ Please note: for online orders, Joom charges the shipping fees from the clients directly, merchants are not involved in this process; besides, the formula used for shipping price calculation is quite complicated, thus Joom does not provide Joom Logistics tariffs to merchants.
2. Shipping labels
The size of the shipping labels is 10x15 cm. Joom strictly prohibits merchants from creating and using their own labels for orders shipped via Joom Logistics (JL), as the chances of a package with a merchant-generated JL label being returned are higher. Read the article Platform Rule Violation and Penalty for more details.
3. Shipping classes
You don't have to choose the shipping class, as it is automatically determined by the system.
Non-registered Mail |
Supports domestic tracking. Customers get notified, when the parcel reaches the border of the destination country. |
Simplified Registered Mail (SRM) |

|
