Sorting and Filtering Orders
Order-filtering helps you quickly find and export orders in your Joom account.
How to Filter Orders?
- Go to the Orders page in your Joom account - the filters are located above the list of orders;
- Click on the Store button - you can see the orders from all stores or from the specific store;
- Click on the Add Filter button to see more available filters;
- Choose one or several filters to sort your products.
When you finish filtering the orders, you can download the order information via CSV. To do that click on the Export Orders button.
Your file will be available in the My Files section. Please read the article My Files for more details.
What Order Filters Are Available?

See which orders have been:

Created At |
Set the date range the orders were created at. |
Cancellation Reason |
Select one or several cancellation reasons and see the corresponding orders. |
Refund Reason |
Select one or several refund reasons and see the corresponding orders. |
Price, USD |
Set the price range and see the corresponding orders. |
Shipping Provider |
See which orders were shipped via Joom Logistics or other providers. |
Order ID |
Insert the order ID to find the specific order. |
Product ID |
Insert the product ID to find the specific order the product belongs to. |
Product SKU |
Insert the product SKU to find the specific order the product belongs to. |
Customer ID |
Insert the customer ID to find the specific order the customer made. |
Update Since |
Set the date range (from the day you set up till today) the orders were updated at. |
