Can a Default Warehouse Be Configured?
Yes, you should specify your Default warehouse address. The address is used by Joom Logistics and its partners as the address of shipment. To do that, click your Default warehouse on the Warehouses page and press Edit Warehouse to fill in the information.
How to Work with Hong Kong Warehouse?
For Chinese merchants, the Default warehouse country is Mainland China. However, if you wish to ship products from Hong Kong with Joom Logistics, you can create a Hong Kong Warehouse in the Merchant Panel.
If you don’t have any warehouses in Mainland China, please contact your KAM or Merchant Support team for more guidance.
How to Add a Hong Kong Warehouse?
- Go to the Warehouses page in the Merchant Panel and press the +Add warehouse button.
- Fill in all the information carefully, set its location as “Hong Kong”. Don’t forget to click Save.
- Set up products that you plan to fulfill from Hong Kong for your Hong Kong warehouse and their stocks, and clearly indicate the shipping prices.
- 💡 Please ensure to indicate at least the default shipping prices to your product variants in the Hong Kong warehouse. Otherwise, clients will not be able to purchase your product even though it is marked as "available for purchase" in the Merchant Panel.
