“Order Cancellation Rate” is the ratio of orders cancelled by merchant to all approved orders.
The evaluation period for this metric is two (2) weeks, starting from 24 days ago to 10 days ago.
How to Improve?
Download the list of all orders for a certain evaluation period and try to find out the reasons for poor performance.
Here are some suggestions:
- Disable products with a high cancellation rate.
- Ensure that the inventory of active products is up to date.
- Make sure that you are able to fulfill orders to all countries you enabled. You can set up the list of allowed countries by Shipping Price per Country feature.
