"Delivery Refund Rate" is the ratio of offline orders refunded due to delivery issues to all offline orders during the evaluation period.
The calculation includes orders shipped via offline and refunded due to the following reasons:
- Not Delivered;
- Empty Package;
Note: China Post Online does not belong to Joom Logistics, so it is counted as offline as well.
The evaluation period is two (2) weeks, starting from 104 days ago to 90 days ago.
How to Improve?
Download the list of all orders for a certain evaluation period and try to find out the reasons for poor performance.
Here are some suggestions:
- Disable products with high refund rate due to delivery issues.
- Ensure, that you have enough inventory of active products from the list.
- Make sure, that you are able to fulfill orders to all enabled countries. You can set up the list of allowed countries via Shipping Price per Country feature.
