Quality refund rate
Quality Refund Rate is one of the metrics of your store performance.
It measures the ratio of number of orders refunded due to quality reasons to number of all the orders approved during the evaluation period.
Calculation includes the orders shipped both offline and online and refunded fully or partly due to the following reasons:
- Bad quality;
- Counterfeit;
- Different from images;
- Empty package;
- Misleading information;
- Wrong color;
- Wrong product;
- Wrong quantity;
- Minor problems.
The fewer refunds, the better the metric is. Always aim to metric’s Perfect status.
