“Negative Feedback Rate” is the ratio of the store’s GMV that got negative feedback to the amount of store’s GMV that got any feedback during the evaluation period.

GMV that get negative feedback refers to all the orders which are rated with 1, 2, or 3 and all the orders which are refunded by quality. GMV that get feedback refers to all orders which get any rating or refunded by quality.
The evaluation period for this metric is two (2) weeks, starting from 17 days ago to 3 days ago.
How to improve?
Download the list of all feedback for a certain evaluation period and try to find out the reason for negative feedback.
Here are some suggestions:
- Disable products with high refund rate;
- Check the product reviews and make improvement accordingly;
- Improve the quality of product on list or upload product with good quality.
