Merchant Panel is an integrated management system. Within this system, merchant can operate and manage his account.
Merchant Panel is composed by the following sections:
1. Merchant Performance
This section shows the metrics which evaluate merchant's performance on the platform.
In Stores section, merchant can open a new store, enable and disable his previously created stores, check orders and product information in any specific store etc.
In the Order section merchant can edit, fulfill and filter the orders.
5. Ads, Influencer Program and Promotions
The section of Ads, Influencer Program and Promotions are all designed the help merchant promote his products. Merchant can participate Joom Ads, Influencer Program and Promotions to increase the product impressions, opens and thus boost his sales and increase his GMV.
6. Product Reviews
In the Product Reviews section, Merchant can check and download all the product reviews. In case of there are too many product reviews, but merchant wants to check a specific one, he can filter product reviews by product ID, Store ID, review content type, order created time and rating.
In the Warehouses section, merchant can add and edit the warehouse information, shipping destinations and settings for logistics.
In the Billing section, merchant can see all the financial information: the Expected Invoices, Invoices, Logistics Invoices and Joom Ads Invoices.
In the Expected Invoices page, the topmost bill shows the payment merchant will receive during the closest payment period. Please don't be surprised if you see Expected Invoices for the past couple of months. Joom staff clear this information on a regular bases. In addition, expected invoice is not the final approved version, it will constantly change.
In the settings section, merchant can set contact information, return address, payment information, allowed countries & regions etc.
You can find 3 main sections on the Settings page:
1) General - (contact info, return address and your URLs to the stores on other platforms)
2) Payment Information (general info and methods). Please take note: the only company we work with to send all the payments is Payoneer.
3) Allowed countries and regions (Allowed and disallowed)
All the countries covered by Joom Logistics can not be blocked, so the merchant can only disallow other online countries, where he doesn't want to ship his products.
Please make sure that the contact information, return address and your payment information is correct and up-to-date. Wrong information may cause communicational barrier, make it impossible for you to receive products returned by clients or receive your payment.
In News section, merchant can read the latest news and notifications about the Joom platform.
11. Other sections
Beside sections mentioned above, merchant can read basic platform rules in the Merchant Panel. If merchants has an ERP system and a large amount of information which is not suitable for operating manually, merchant can connect the ERP system with our Joom API.
