If you updated information such as product image, name, description and size, subsequent moderation will be triggered. After a product for sale enters additional moderation, the old version of the product will continue to be sold at the Joom front desk. Product diagnostics |
If a product has problems or cannot be published, you can check the related diagnostics on the product page in your Joom account. Product diagnostics have been divided into three main categories, and each category is represented by different colors:
Red |
Critical problems are marked with the red color. A product with red colored diagnostics will be disabled. Such product can be re-published only if you solved the problem. |
Yellow |
Potential problems are marked with the yellow color. A product with yellow diagnostics will not be disabled by the system immediately, but you should correct the problem in time. |
