Logistics Introduction
Logistics channels could be divided into two categories on Joom: online logistics and offline logistics. In order to ensure the delivery quality and positive customer experience, most of the orders are shipped by online logistics, specifically Joom Logistics.

About online shipping procedure
Add warehouse |
You can add domestic or overseas warehouses in your Joom system. This allows you to apply for package pick-up service for online shipping orders. For more details please refer to the article How to work with Warehouses on Joom?.
Online shipping |
When fulfilling an order online, Joom will transmit the order information to the logistics provider directly. Merchant can get tracking number and logistics label from Joom. There are three ways to fulfill an online order:

About Joom Logistics
Joom Logistics is a reliable logistics channel created by Joom. If we find out that a merchant does not use Joom Logistics with an intention to cover some fraud actions, Joom will stop displaying the products of this merchant.
The shipping class of a Joom Logistics order is automatically determined by the system, merchant cannot choose shipping class by himself. For more details please refer to the article How to Start Using Joom Logistics?.
Joom Logistics shipping rate is one of the topics that merchant is very concerned about. Joom will collect shipping fee from client directly, merchant does not have to get involved into this process. But Joom will publish Logistics Invoices on the Billing page in Merchant Panel regularly. For more details about billing, please watch the video Joom Billing.
For an already shipped Joom Logistics order, if it has been refunded or returned due to the fault of the merchant, the merchant should take on the related responsibilities; if it has been refunded or returned due to logistics reasons, the platform should take on the related responsibilities.
