Store performance system
Joom platform evaluates how well a store performs every day and determines its performance status. Stores with good performance have special privileges, while bad performers get penalties and receive fewer impressions.
A store can have one of the following statuses:
Always aim to Perfect performance status.
Average, Poor and Critical statuses must be improved as soon as possible.
Perfect Performance Privileges
|
Poor or Critical Performance Penalties
|
If a store repeatedly gets a Critical status, it might be blocked or its product limits can be cut. If a merchant's stores regularly get a Critical status, the merchant account might be blocked or their limits can be cut.
If there are not enough orders to determine your store performance, your performance status will be Unknown.
Please note, platform penalties such as strike can also influence your store performance status and make it Poor.
Performance metrics and calculation
Performance metrics evaluate your performance based on the orders you completed in the specific period in the past. The metrics are as follows:
- Cancellation Rate;
- Quick Fulfillment Rate;
- Quality Refund Rate;
- Order Over $10 Cancellation Rate;
- Order Over $10 Quality Refund Rate;
- Negative Feedback Rate.
We are considering your metrics based on a probability formula. The formula estimates the probability of you getting specific metrics based on the exact number of orders you already have during the metric evaluation period. The formula evaluates whether your metric status will change after several orders, with a probability of 95%. That's why sometimes a metric's status differs from the actual calculated result.
When the probability that the metric's status will become Average at any time is 95%, the system will consider the metric's status as Average even if the calculated value is within the range of the Perfect status.
The metric's status is considered Perfect when we are 95% sure that the calculated metric will not become Average at any time.
