Set a budget that is as big as possible, though consider the product’s availability in stock.
The daily budget you enter when creating the campaign is the maximum amount that Joom may withdraw from your account for a day of advertisement.
Daily Budget = Advertising spent
Daily Budget is the maximum amount you may pay within the day.
Advertising Spent is the amount payed for all advertising sales. The Advertising Spent will be charged after an order is approved.
How should I plan the budget?
When planning your budget, please consider the following:
- The amount of orders you can fulfill in accordance with Joom’s policies.
- The money paid for the promoted order sale is not refundable even if you are the one who cancels the order.
You have a campaign with only one product. The original price is $10.00, the ACOS bid is 12%, and the daily budget $150.00.
For each purchase made thanks to Joom Ads, you won’t pay more than $1.02 = ($10 - Joom's Take Rate) x 12%. The actual final amount that you pay will depend on the auction’s circumstances and may be less than $1.02, but it will never exceed that amount.
The amount of purchases you may get thanks to Joom Ads should be around 147 ($150.00/$1.02); the exact amount of purchases will depend on the exact amount you pay at each purchase.
We suggest using the daily budget as a tool to align planned sales with product stocks.
