The Analytic section is a page in your Joom account with the collected data evaluating how many orders you get and how well your products are being sold.
The Analytics section consists of 4 pages:
"Sales and Traffic" Page
On this page you can see the metrics evaluating your stores' and products' performance, the graphics of the total number of orders and traffic for a given period of time. You can filter the data and set a date range.
On the Sales and Traffic page you can see two more tabs: Contexts and Countries dashboards.
Using the Contexts dashboard you can check where (from which context) the main traffic came from (for example: most customers click on your products on the Best page or in the Search bar). You can filter the data, choose one of the key metrics and set the date range.

The activity coming from different places, from the checkout page for example.

|Push notification||The activity coming from the push notifications sent to the customer|
|Offers||The activity coming from the offers of different kinds, including promotions, collections etc.|
|Unspecified||The context was not specified, the activity either came from the direct link or a purchase was made long after the initial product viewing|
The Countries dashboard shows where your customers come from geographically or where the product cards were opened. You can filter the data, choose one of the key metrics and set the date range.
Below each of the graphics you can see the Full Report with more detailed information on the performance. You can filter the data and export reports as a XLXS file.
"Product Ranking" Page
On this page you can see all the product sold within the certain period of time.
You can sort your products using filters and choose a date range. These metrics evaluate the performance of each given product sold. If you want to see more metrics, click the last button in the metrics list () and choose specific metrics in the drop-down list. If you don't know what a metric means, hover the mouse cursor over the metric and you will see a tooltip explaining the metric's meaning.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: You see the metrics of products that already have Impressions and Opens.
If a product was added yesterday, and it doesn't have any Impressions, it won't be included in your analytics.
"Promo Analytics" Page
On the Promo Analytics page, you will be able to see the Discount Ratio and the Discounted Sum Proportions. You can filter the Promo Analytics by dates.
"Refund Rate" Page
Refund Rate page consists of two tabs: Refund General and Quality Refund.
On the Refund General page you can study 2 charts: your refund statistics by the main reasons (offline non-delivery, online non-delivery, quality and other) and your refund statistics by the price ranges. You can use filters on top of the page to get a more detailed data and see the statistics in either number of orders or GMV.
Below the graphics there is the list of your stores where you can download the full report.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: The date you see on the graphics is the date of the initial order approval, not the order shipping date.
On the Quality Refunds page you can see a more detailed graphics on the refunds made due to the quality related reasons. You can also use filters to find specific data, download full report and analyse quality refunds made in each of your stores. This statistics can also be shown either in the number of orders or GMV.
