Joom platform evaluates how well your product performs every day the same way it evaluates merchant's performance.
The system evaluates product's performance daily according to the following metrics:
The system starts calculating the metric for the first time, when there are at least 100 orders including the product were placed during an evaluation period. If there are not enough orders, the metric will get the Unknown status.
Once the metric has been calculated for the first time, it will be calculated continuously even if there are not enough orders in the next evaluation period.
The final product performance status will be determined by the worst calculated metric.
All metrics will be calculated separately, each metric can have one of four statuses: Perfect, Average, Poor and Critical.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: A product with the "Poor" status is at risk of being blocked. "Poor" status must be improved as soon as possible. A product with the "Critical" status will be blocked by Joom.
How to Check the Product Performance Status?
- Go to the "Products" page in your Joom account;
- Find the metrics in the list. If you cannot find them, click on the last button in the metrics list () and choose specific metrics in the drop-down list.
You can also sort the products by one or several metrics using the product filters.
