You can request pick-up service for online shipping orders. Please follow the steps below to request pick up service:
Step 1: Request online shipping and prepare the parcel. You can make the request via Merchant Panel, CSV file and ERP system, details please refer to the paragraph: How to use online shipping of the article What is "Online Shipping".
Step 2: Contact with the logistic provider who is responsible for parcel pick-up, and agree on the pick-up time and address.
|For Joom Logistics orders:|
Hecny is the official shipping partner of Joom Logistics, it is responsible to provide pick-up service for Joom Logistics orders. Its pick-up service is free of charge and covers almost all China. You do not need to sign an agreement with Hecny or open an account prior to use its service. However, you will need to contact Hecny privately to confirm the details such as parcel pick-up time and location.

|For China Post Online orders:|
China Post Online shipping supports only courier pick-up provided by the local post offices. Please contact with local China Post office to settle down the details related to pacel pick-up. You can find China Post contact information in this table.
Step 3: Hand over your parcel(s) to the courier when he arrives at the location you agreed with.
Merchant can ship Joom Logistics orders from Hong Kong as well. For orders will be shipped from Hong Kong, the shipping address has been shown in the Merchant Panel must be Hong Kong address.
