You can request pick-up service for online shipping orders. Please follow the steps below to request pick up service:
Step 1: Request online shipping and prepare the parcel. You can make the request via Merchant Panel, CSV file and ERP system, details please refer to the paragraph: How to use online shipping of the article "What is "Online Shipping"?".
Step 2: Contact the logistic provider who is responsible for parcel pick-up, and agree on the pick-up time and address.
|For Joom Logistics orders:|
Hecny is the official shipping partner of Joom Logistics, it is responsible for providing pick-up service for Joom Logistics orders. Its pick-up service is free of charge and covers almost all China. You do not need to sign an agreement with Hecny or open an account prior to use its service. However, you will need to contact Hecny privately to confirm the details such as parcel pick-up time and location.

Step 3: Hand over your parcel(s) to the courier, when he arrives at the location you agreed on.
You can ship Joom Logistics orders from Hong Kong as well. For the orders shipped from Hong Kong, the shipping address shown in the Merchant Panel must be the Hong Kong address.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Before requesting pick-up service, please first provide pickup address and set destinations.
How to Provide Pickup Address?
- Go to the "Warehouses" page in your Joom account;
- Choose the "Pickup Addresses" tab;
3. Click on the "Add Address" button;
4. Provide the necessary information;
5. Click on the "Save" button.
The address will appear on the "Pickup Addresses" page in your account. To review the details, select the address from the list. If you want to edit the information or delete the pickup address, click on the "Edit Address" or "Delete" button on the address's page.
How to Use the Pickup Address?
When you fulfill an order online and choose Joom Logistics as the shipping carrier, you can select previously added pickup address to request pick-up service.
