We've created a Check-list of the essential information you should know about working on the platform to start selling on Joom
Step 1: Activate your account
Log into your Joom account and fill out all the necessary information on the Settings page:
- General information;
- Payment information;
- Allowed Countries and Regions (if there are any countries you can’t or don’t want to ship to);
- KYC Profile.

Step 2: Learn the main Platform rules and regulations.
Step 3: Learn how the Merchant Performance System works to be sure you do everything right in order to avoid your account being blocked.
Step 4: Verify your brand, if you are selling branded products.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: If you open a branded store and you own the brand, the store name must include “Official Store”. Otherwise, name it as an “Authorized Store”.
Step 6: Choose a store specialization for every store you open.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Store specialization can be chosen only once and cannot be changed later
☆ ADVICE FROM JOOM: Upload your best-sellers from Aliexpress or other platforms FIRST. If you have a brand, you must fill in the “brand” field while adding a product and indicate the brand's name on the product’s main image.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Set the product price and the shipping price separately. The default shipping price must be indicated as above 0, otherwise you may be charged for the logistics. Don't skip this step if you don't want to be charged unexpectedly.
