Product filtering helps merchants quickly find and export products in the Joom account.
To use the product filtering feature, the following steps must be performed:
- Log in to the Joom account;
- Go to the product page
- Set the filter parameters.
Available are the following filter parameters:
- Product ID / Name / SKU / Tag;
- Product State;
- Has Active Version or not
- Review Infraction;
- Created Date;
- Updated Date;
- Size Chart.

Reasons for rejection will change as platform moderation requirements evolve. if the product has been rejected due to infringement reasons, it means the merchant account violates Joom’s anti-infringement policy and will be punished accordingly. Created Date/Updated Date
Merchants can filter by product review intervals and the number of reviews received. They can also export the user’s text, image, or video comments, using the Product Rating section of the Joom account.
