Product Filters
Product-filtering helps you quickly find and export products in your Joom account.
How to Filter Products?
- Go to the Products page in your Joom account - the filters are located above the list of products;
- Click on the Store button - you can see the products from all stores or from the specific store;
- Click on the Add Filter button to see more available filters;
- Choose one or several filters to sort your products.
When you finish filtering the products, you can download the product information via CSV. To do that click on the Export Products button.
Your file will be available in the "My Files" section. Please read the article My Files for more details.
What Product Filters Are Available?

Store |
See products from a specific store. |

Has Active Version |
See which products have active versions. |
| Status |
See if your products are available for purchase or rejected due to certain reasons. Products get rejected when Joom platform's policy is violated. Please read the article Platform Rule Violation and Penalty for more details. |
| Stock |
Filter out products based on the stock status. |
| Diagnostics |
Select a diagnostics and see the corresponding products. Please read the article Product Diagnostics for more details. |

Created |
Set the date range your products were created at. |

Updated |
Set the date range your products were updated at. |
| Categories |
Select a category and see the corresponding products. You can select more than one category. |

Rating |
Set the rating range from 0 to 5. |

Rating Count |
Set the number of reviews received from 0 to unlimited number. |

Size Chart Added |
See what products have size chart added. Please refer to the article Size Charts for more details. |
| Tier |
Set the product tier. Please refer to the article Product Tiers for more details. |

Product ID |
Insert the product ID to find the specific product. |

Product Name |
Insert the product name to find the specific product. |
|
SKU |
Insert the product SKU to find the specific product. |

Tag |
Insert a tag to see the corresponding products. |

Brand name |
Insert the brand name to filter out products belong to the specified brand. |
|
Brand authorized |
Filter out products based on whether the products' brands are authorized. |

Promoted in Joom Ads |
Filter out products based on whether the products are added to Joom Ads. |
