How to Speed up the Moderation?
When you are mass-uploading products it can take up to 2-3 days for all of them to get categorised and moderated by Joom. You can speed up this process by naming your products correctly. Clear appropriate titles lead to your products being quickly categorised automatically.
Auto-categorization
A product is automatically categorized based on the names of similar products with manually assigned categories. Therefore it's better for merchants to give similar names to similar types of products. This is the best way for your product to be categorized. Otherwise, products will go to manual categorization which will take more time.
Manual Categorization
The auto-categorization system checks the products' names. All the products that haven't been recognized by the auto-categorizer will go to manual categorization. It'll take more time than auto-categorization, that's why we ask you to provide detailed and thorough information about your products in their titles and descriptions.

Please provide full information about your products: 1) Provide details about your product in its name and description; 2) Indicate the exact product type in its name (e.g., a pullover is not the same as a T-shirt); 3) Indicate the gender in the product name and description, especially when you sell sneakers or unisex clothes because it's hard to figure it out on your own. |
