1. Offline shipping
Since Joom Logistics delivery is not available for the overseas warehouses at the moment, you have to fulfil such orders offline. You can select any logistics provider from the list of supported logistics providers to ship such orders.
2. Fast delivery
Compared to the orders shipped from the default warehouse, orders shipped from the overseas warehouse have a shorter guaranteed delivery period - 30 days. If you fail to deliver an order to the client within the guaranteed period, this order will be refunded due to non-delivery reason.
3. Place of shipment departure
The order must be shipped from the country the overseas warehouse is located in.
4. Tracking information
When you ship orders offline, do not forget to provide us with a valid tracking number. Joom evaluates the performance of the overseas warehouse orders based on the tracking number you provide. The order must be tracked to the customer and the delivery to the client must be confirmed.
