Products from the Bags, wallets and suitcases category are going through photo-inspection within the process of Joom Quality Control Check. Photo-inspection is conducted at the Hecny warehouse by Joom.

During the product inspection we take photos of the products according to the following requirements:

• Photo of the bag with the attached measuring tape - 1 photo from all sides - height, width (if it is not a flat bag) + length (3 photos in total), diameter of the bag in the widest part, if it is round (2 photos - height and diameter);
• Photo of the strap of the bag with the attached measuring tape;
• Photo of the bag material up close and in the light;
• Photo of lining fabric up close and in the light;
• If there is a sewn or glued label / brand badge, 1 photo close up + 1 photo of how it is attached (2 photos in total);
• Photos of stitches from the inside and outside - 2 photos each (from a normal distance and very close) (4 photos in total);
• Photo of a label / labels - everything that has size and composition on it;
• Photo of the handle up close (if any);
• Photo of the zipper + photo of the unzipped and zipped up state (3 photos in total);
• Close-up photo of accessories - everything that is on the bag: a few photos + a photo of additional sewn-on fabric parts (plush animals, etc.).

Additional requirements for the suitcases on wheels:

• Photo of wheels from different angles and up close;
• Photo of clamps (where the handle is attached to the suitcase, or one of the wheels is attached to the suitcase).

Examples of bags photos taken within the photo-inspection process

Once all the required photos are taken, our moderators use the photos to make sure that the product corresponds with the description provided by the merchant according to the following check-list:

• The product matches the ordered one;
• The product is new and not broken;
• The product is symmetrical;
• The product tailoring is correct;
• The product color is even;
• The product size is correct;
• The product material is correct.

Once the inspection is complete, you will receive the results in the corresponding section on the order page.
