Products from the Smartwatches category are going through manual inspection within the process of Joom Quality Control Check. Manual inspection is conducted by the Qima company inspector on the merchant's territory by prior agreement.

During the product inspection the inspector conducts several tests to make sure that the product corresponds with the description provided by the merchant according to the following check-list:

• The product matches the one in the photo;
• The product is not broken;
• The packaging is not damaged;
• The package includes the same items as described by the merchant;
• Display bezels as thick as the ones on the product photo (ratio of bezels width to device width – 35% difference allowed);
• The product charges from 0-2% to 100% within 60 mins;
• Discharge time from 95-100% to 50% while the screen is always on is no less than 3 hours;
• Can successfully connect to a smartphone and sync with the app (applicable app is in the product description);
• Can show SMS-notifications from a smartphone;
• Can show incoming calls from a smartphone;
• Can decline incoming calls from a smartphone;
• Can show messengers (QQ, etc) notifications from a smartphone;
• Can control music on a smartphone: play / pause;
• Can control music on a smartphone: next / previous track;
• Controlling music on smartphone: change volume;
• Heart rate result are less than 10% different from the smartphone's heart rate measures (use app like "Heart Rate Monitor" to measure heart rhythm with phone camera pressed to the finger)
• There are no dead or stuck pixels;
• Display automatically turns on via "lift the wrist" movement (moving hand from normal position to "looking at watch");
• Supports more than 15 different pictures as wallpapers;
• Can customize the elements on the locked screen (can choose which elements to show);
• The alarm is ringing according to the time it has been set;
• The timer set for 2 minutes is ringing at the same time as the timer set on a smartphone;
• Stopwatch running for 2 mins shows the same result as on a smartphone.
