Laser products are high risks products which require caution to use. High power laser can be hazardous to human health, particularly to the eye. For this reason, Joom decided to place restrictions to laser products.

Laser products with a capacity of 1 mW or less are allowed for sale on Joom. Laser products with a capacity of more than 1 mW or capacity unspecified will be rejected during product moderation with the diagnostic of "Product is prohibited for sale on Joom". If the platform find out that the seller has violated the regulation, the related products will be banned immediately. 

Allowed low-power laser products including but are not limited to:

Laser pointers, remote control, golf rangefinder, outdoor laser projectors and stage lighting, children's toys with lasers, handheld and non-handheld pet toys with lasers.
