The BlockedCountries feature offers a new method for restricting orders to certain countries.
How it Works
1. Go to the account "Settings" page.
2. Select the "Allowed Countries" tab, where the list of allowed countries is displayed.
"Allowed Countries" refers to places where your products are available for purchase by customers. Excluding a country from this list means that your products will not be displayed to customers located there. In other words, you will not receive any new orders originating in the blocked country.
You can edit the Allowed Countries list on the "Settings" page by clicking on the "Disallow" button.
Please note the following:
- The Allowed Countries list updates automatically. Newly added countries will be allowed by default.
- Countries covered by Joom Logistics cannot be blocked.
