Joom wants to make sure that the customers get the best offers by the fair price. For that reason, in case of Joom promoting your products by announcing the future discounts to the customers, you will not be able to edit the products you added to the promotional activity.

Once the promotion status has changed to Preparing, all the promotional products will have the Change Postponed status. That means that all the changes you made on the products will be published only after the promotion ends.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Changing the products stock will be still available under the “Change Postponed” status.

“Change Postponed” status is applied not for all the promotions. If Promo Requirements includes the Product Changes line, the product changes will be postponed.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: In case your product was added to 2 Promotions, and 1 of them has the “Changes Postponed” status applied - the changes to the product will get postponed according to the dates of the promotion that has restrictions.
