๐ป Requirements for Smartphones and USB Storage Products
For merchants selling smartphones and USB Storage products, please observe the following product requirements, and please read the general requirements for all products and requirements for electronic.
USB Disk and Storage Products
USB disks belong to a category separate from electronic products; however, the requirements for USB disk products are the same as those required for electronic products.

Mobile Phone Products
In addition to electronic product requirements, special provisions apply to smartphone products:
| 1. Product Name of Mobile Phones |
For smartphones, the product name must contain only the product brand, model, and memory information. All other information must be displayed in the product description or label.

| 2. Phone Condition Information |
The product description of the smartphone must include information about the condition of the phone, which must be one of the following:

| Condition: new |
The mobile phone is new. Please note, only the global version is accepted. |
| Condition: refurbished |
The mobile phone is refurbished and never used by customers, tested to be running normal, and no defects. |
| 3. Phone Performance Characteristics |
If you are not sure about some characteristics of the mobile phone, please don't put those information in the description. Otherwise, clients will be misleaded.
| 4. Important Performance Characteristics |
Please describe the important characteristics and other performance characteristics of the product in the product description. For example:
- Important performance characteristics: equipment manufacturer, equipment model;
- Important secondary performance characteristics: processor model, available memory, battery capacity;
- Other performance characteristics: Please indicate the performance characteristics you have identified.

Joom is not a second-hand product trading platform, so, the sale of used phones is prohibited.
