Underwear product description must meet the basic description requirements. 

Please clearly specify the product’s material and fabric in the product description, so customers can fully understand the product’s characteristics. For more information, please refer to the article Requirements for Product Material. 

Merchants must specify what will be in the package (i.e. what customers will receive), including the main product, accessories, and gift token or cards, so that customers will have a better understanding of what to expect. This rule applies to all products.

Product size information must be present in the product description, Joom will convert product size information into size chart, so that customers can choose the appropriately sized item and avoid the refund. Please refer to the article Size Charts to learn more details.  

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: It is prohibited to place size chart images in the product image gallery, as the product image gallery is reserved solely for pictures depicting the appearance of the product.

Please upload only high-quality product images. A product available in different colors must be photographed individually. Any alteration (including photoshopping) to the product color is prohibited. Please refer to the article Product Image Requirements to learn more details.

Please ensure that you use only real products that belong to you. It is prohibited to use images uploaded by real buyers, used by well-known bloggers, and/or taken from other sources. Unless you have the permission to use these photos, please do not use them. 

It is recommended to take photos depicting the product on a live model; however, please be careful NOT to use photos that depict too much nudity.
