Documents Required to Verify Trademark
The required documents depend on the trademark authorization type. If you are unsure of who you are, please refer to the article Trademark Owner, Distributor or Reseller: Who Am I?.
General Requirements for Required Documents to Verify Trademark:
- Documents are visible in their entirety;
- Documents are real and valid;
- Documents are provided in the form of color scans or photos.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE:
- Brand name (trademark) in the registration certificate must match the brand name (trademark) indicated in the application;
- Distributor authorization document must be issued by the Owner, reseller authorization document must be issued by the distributor;
- Recipient in the distributor/reseller authorization document must match the merchant’s company name on Joom (Beneficiary Name);
- Product selling marketplaces (for example, to only one marketplace) and sales channels (for example, only retail) must match the requierements specified on the authorization documents;
- Invoice must be renewed every two months and valid for at least one month from the date of application. All other types of authorization documents must be valid for at least six months from the date of application.
