What If a Trademark is Registered to Another Company?
Your brand (trademark) can be registered to a company that doesn't match the one registered on Joom. What can you do in this case?
Simply make an authorization letter issued by trademark Owner.
Trademark Owner may be one of the following:
Branch Company legal representative Affiliated company |
The authorisation letter must be issued for the company registered on Joom. The distributor company name in the authorisation letter should match the company name in your account. See the example below.
