Product Limit
Product limit is the maximum quantity of products that can be uploaded within one store.
The default maximum number of products in a store is 500 (including active and disabled products). When the product limit is reached, you cannot add new products to the store. In this case you can delete them or transfer them to another store.
How to increase the product limit?
The product limit will be increased automatically following the progress in your sales and performance status. It depends on three indicators: store’s performance status, GMV for the last 4 weeks and GMV per week.
The conditions for increasing the limit are as follows:

Once your store meets all the requirements, your product limit will be increased accordingly the next day and you will be notified via email. The better your sales and performance status are, the higher product limit will be.
⚠️ Please note that you can upload new products only if your total products are within the product limit.
What are the total products?
Total products indicate the quantity of all products uploaded to the platform (both active and disabled).
Active products indicate only the number of products that are currently active in your store.
